Sodium Cobaltinitrite ACS Grade
Sodium Cobaltinitrite, also known as Sodium Hexanitritocobaltate(III), Trisodium Hexanitrocobalt, and Sodium Hexanitrocobaltate(III), has the chemical formula Na 3 Co(NO 2 ) 6 or CoN 6 Na 3 O 12 . It appears as yellow to orange crystals or powder and is slightly soluble in Water at ambient conditions. When heated to decomposition, it emits oxides such as Sodium Oxides and Cobalt Oxides. An ACS Grade reagent is a chemical that meets the purity requirements of the American Chemical Society (ACS). It is generally equivalent to the Analytical Reagent Grade.
