Chromium Chloride Lab Grade

Chromium Chloride, also known as Chromium(III) Chloride Hexahydrate, has the chemical formula Cl 3 CrH 12 O 6 or CrCl 3 -6H 2 O. It is odorless, hygroscopic in nature, and soluble in water at ambient conditions. It an appear as bright purple to dark green solid at room temperature. It is not combustible but enhances combustion of other substances and can undergo thermal decomposition to produce toxic Hydrogen Chloride gas. Laboratory grade is also known as the Chemically Pure (CP) and Laboratory Reagent (LR). Chromium Chloride, Lab Grade is ideal for educational/training institutes, laboratory use, and commercial applications.
