Ammonium Acetate Lab Grade
Ammonium Acetate is a chemical compound having the formula NH 4 CH 3 CO 2 , in aqueous solution is commonly known as Spirit of Mindererus. It appears as a white or colorless solid with a hygroscopic tendency in ambient conditions. Ammonium Acetate is produced by neutralizing Acetic Acid with ammonium carbonate or by saturating Glacial Acetic Acid with Ammonia. Chemically pure or Laboratory Reagents are those Lab Grade chemicals that do not meet any recognized quality or purity requirements like the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, and the FCC Grade, despite their acceptable purity.
