Sodium Metabisulfite, Crystalline Powder, ACS Grade

Sodium Metabisulfite, also known as Sodium Disulfite, Sodium Pyrosulfite, Sodium Metabisulphite or Sodium Pyrosulphite, Disodium Disulfite, and Natrium Pyrosulfit, has the chemical formula Na 2 S 2 O 5 . It appears as white to yellowish crystals or powder with a slight sulfur odor. It is soluble in Water, Alcohol, and Glycerol at ambient conditions. The Analytical Reagent Grade is generally equivalent to the American Chemical Society (ACS) Grade and is acceptable for use in analytical applications and research laboratories.
