Ringer's Solution Amphibian
Ringer’s Solution Amphibian appears as a clear, colorless, odorless liquid. It is soluble in Water at ambient conditions. It is an aqueous solution of Sodium, Potassium, and Calcium salts. Ringer’s Solution is a solution of several salts dissolved in Water to create an isotonic solution relative to the body fluids of an animal. Ringer’s Solution Amphibian contains 0.73% Sodium Chloride, 0.02% Potassium Chloride, 0.01% Calcium Chloride, 0.02% Sodium Bicarbonate and 99.22% of Water. Chemically pure, or Laboratory reagents are two terms often used to describe Lab Grade chemicals. Lab Grade chemicals do not meet any accepted quality or purity requirements such as the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, and the FCC Grade, despite their acceptable purity. Due to its high purity Ringer’s Solution Amphibian, Lab Grade is highly recommended for use as laboratory chemicals.
