Cobalt Nitrate Crystal Lab Grade

Cobalt Nitrate Crystal, also known as Cobalt(II) Nitrate Hexahydrate and Cobalt Dinitrate Hexahydrate, has the chemical formula Co(NO 3 ) 2 -6H 2 O or CoH 12 N 2 O 12 . It appears as red hygroscopic crystals at room temperature, is odorless and readily soluble in water at ambient conditions. It is a strong oxidizer and can undergo thermal decomposition upon contact with combustible/organic material to produce toxic Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), and Cobalt Oxides. Laboratory grade is also known as the Chemically Pure (CP) and Laboratory Reagent (LR). Cobalt Nitrate Crystal, Lab Grade is ideal for educational/training institutes, laboratory use, and commercial applications.
